Its easy to cook

This product has made having severe food intolerances, tolerable. Its easy to cook, takes on the flavor of whatever you prepare it with and is easily tolerated by my system. I am unable to consume any grains, so having a noodle that is completed grain free is a blessing. There is nothing but sweet potato starch and water in it.

Very good in Chop Chai and Sukyaki. Recipe was good on back. How packaged could use some clarity. I now have noodles for millions.
