This seasoning is hard to find in the stores in my area, so I ordered a whole box. Love the flavor. I don't think it is spicy enough, so I have to put the hot sauce out when I serve wings. But, that is OK because not everyone likes the heat.

Best guacamole mix out there. My market quit carrying this brand. I tried some others, but was disappointer in the flavor. When I bring guacamole made with this seasoning to a buffet or party it is the first dish to be empty.

The only wing rub my family will eat. We make our own wings at home and this seasoning is perfect. Not too spicy but it can be if you use a lot. Shake your wings in a paper bag for a dry rub. Shake in a bowl with butter for wet sauce wings.

I love this stuff and no one in my area carries it anymore. It produces a lightly sauced (not runny) wing--more of a coating than a sauce--and is a perfect heat. If you like really fiery hot wings, this isn't for you but it's not mild either--has great flavor and a nice kick to it.
