i add this to anything that i can add it too. green smoothies, almond-peanut butter-banana smoothies, baking bread (sweet or savory), yogurt-- you name it. then when you finish you can reuse the container which is always nice!

This stuff really sinks to the bottom of the glass if you're trying to use it as a fiber additive. I have found about an 1/8 tsp of organic xantham gum keeps it suspended really easily, and added extra fiber to boot.

This hemp protein powder from manitoba harvest is not bad, as is the case with most hemp powders I've tried it is pretty difficult to mix well and drink. I find that about the only way I can drink it personally is to put a scoop in my vita mix with a bunch of other vegetables and blend away! Over all though aside from that, The flavor of this is really not bad. Compared to others I've tried it's actually probably the best tasting. If you are interested in venturing into the world of plant based protein powders, this really isn't a bad place to begin.

After making the switch to a vegan diet I thought chocolate flavored proteins were a thing of the past. I had tried pea protein, which tasted like... pea soup (yuck). I was thrilled when I found this protein, it tastes great and is vegan. My only complaint is that they don't offer a larger size container (Whey usually comes in 3 or 5 lb sizes), making this inconvenient to stock up on.

ABsolutely LOVE Hemp Pro 50. I add scoops to smoothies when I make them. With fruit, vegetables, and yogurt blended with this and ice, I do not have the grittiness others have described. Great load of protein for the vegetarians like myself!
