Due to reviews about damage and unclear instructions I was concerned that purchasing this item would be a gamble. Upon arrival the packaging was in excellent condition. Upon further inspection I found that all parts were present and accounted for and were in immaculate condition with the exception of two bent hooks (which I may have bent myself in the process of unpacking). I found the instructions exceptionally easy to follow as they included clear pictures of the product throughout the assembly process. Along with pictures the instructions included written steps in English! A rarity when ordering online these days. After completing assembly I inspected the product thoroughly and was left unimaginably satisfied with a simple purchase. It is sturdy, spacious and secure. Our beautiful six month old Great Dane was so excited to come in from playing outside to find that she had a condo waiting for her!

This is a very sturdy crate. Our Great Pyrenees can easily sit and stand without touching the top. This crate is easily put together.

I paid extra for the threshold delivery service to have it brought inside my house and it was worth it! The box is understandably huge and would've been hard to maneuver up the stairs by myself. I expecting this to be somewhat difficult to unpack based on reviews, but I did not have the problems that others have mentioned. None of the pieces or poles were connected to each other, other than by zip ties which were easily cut. I made sure I opened the box "right side up", and carefully removed one piece at a time. I assembled this myself in about 20 mins, which included having a curious new puppy "help"! The only issue I had was that one hook on the top ("roof") part was bent too far closed for it to properly attach, and even with pliers I wasn't able to force it open far enough to fit over the necessary bar. However, the rest of the crate went together fine and this one part hasn't seemed to affect the structural integrity of the crate after 6+ weeks of daily use with a 200lb dog!

This crate is perfect for my 130lb St. Bernard, Rott, Dane mix. She can stand up even with a thick dog bed. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble alone. It would be much easier to assemble with 2 people but doable alone. I am very impressed with the size and durability. So glad I decided to purchase this one!!

I have been looking to get a bigger crate for my Puppy. So I found this one. Wow! It def. Lives up to the name ginormous because this thing is huge!!! Feels sturdy and my dog has plenty of room to grow. The price was also not bad compared to other crates I looked at. I am happy with this purchase and recommend. Was delivered on time and nothing was wrong with it. Don't second guess if you have a XL breed dog. My husband and I put it together pretty quickly and only 1 hit on the head and 2 smashed fingers later we managed to get it done lol.
