I was a bit skeptical, but these are great. 405lb bent rows, also great for snatch grip work. These are more heavy duty than you are, buy them. You will never use old school straps again unless you have thick bars which these don't work on.

Love my Versa's!
-I first used a pair of Versa Gripps when my trainer let me use his during our sessions..
-I used them primarily for our hex bar(trap bar) lifts, seated/weighted rows, etc.. and these have advanced my routine and form 10 fold!
-Very durable and strong.. although I haven't used mine more than 1-2 times a week ..4 months later and their still in great shape, even my trainers pair,that I'm sure were getting plenty of use, were in great shape and hes had his for even longer!
-True to size!
-Man this sure sounds dirty but..
My calluses aren't as raw during exercises like I would if I went bareback, which means I can go and last even longer! :D
