Had to sent this back. This is not as deep as the swags that match it, and in my opinion, I thought it wouldn't look right. But would work fine for those who just want a straight valance and don't need to insert it between the two valance ends.

Very nice valance. Quality is excellent. Shipping superb; as usual with Prime. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the picture shows more of an off-white background with black leaves. But the curtain is more tan. Still love it, and am keeping it!

The color is exactly as pictured, and just what I wanted. I purchased three of them. The fabric is a bit stiffer than I expected, but it keeps a nice rounded pleat. The only reason I didn't give this valence FIVE stars is that the pocket is very tight. I had to really fight the fabric to get it on my pocket rod. All in all the product looks good, and it was a good price, with quick delivery.

For a small kitchen window that overlooks my backyard which happens to border a national forest this was a great frame-just enough coverage to dress up a plain window but I still have a lovely view while doing the dishes (sigh) and plenty of sun shining in for natural light. The subtle design compliments the surroundings but does not overwhelm or distract.

OK, while the pattern is nice, the material is thin, and what you can't tell from the picture is that the material folds over for a very large hem at the bottom. This is a problem if you don't have something behind the valance...if you don't, the light shines through half of the valance. Also, the rod pocket was extraordinarily small...I could not get the rod I have in.
