This sign was a VAST improvement over our 2-sided (cracked--why we were in the market for a new sign) OPEN/CLOSED sign that hung by a single suction cup and frequently blew off our door when anyone would open it on a windy day.
This sign stays put and it is nice to be able to display our hours all the time and simply flip the OPEN/CLOSED (related item we purchased) that hangs form the bottom.

The numbers went in easily and are tightly held. It comes with more than enough numbers and 4 "Closed" signs, which is nice (as opposed to separate letters). Putting it together takes a little bit of patience. The dots are harder to put in because they are small. But, you aren't likely to change those once in. My recommendations: Use a box cutter or Xacto knife to remove the numbers, dots from the holder to eliminate spurs. I used flat nose plyers to put the dots in. To line up the numbers/dots, use a sturdy ruler or draw a chalk line. I used a ruller and everything looks great. I like the flexibily the sign offers, as well as its size.

I gave this item 4 stars, even though when it first arrived I wasn't able to use it. The first one arrived and I was very pleased with it at first glance. Started putting the hours on, and when I started adding the colons, realized that they were missing the "pegs" which are needed to mount them on the sign board. In the manufacturing process the liquid plastic didn't make it into the mold where the colons are. The sign looked great, but a little ridiculous without any colons. So I used the Live Chat on Amazon, explained the problem, and in a couple days they sent me another sign board. Told me to remove the numbers from the second one, and send the board back to them. Also gave me a link to a shipping label so there was no shipping charge. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with the sign, and thrilled with the way Amazon handled this. Thanks guys!!!

It is pretty easy to place the times and days in this board. The size is perfect for my window. I did have to buy new suction cups as the ones that came with it were deformed and wouldn't create suction to any surface.

The sign itself is very good easy to remove and numbers for your store hours. My only disappointment was the suction cup that came to stick on back of it. That did not work. The sign kept falling. I had to purchase a command wall adhesive to stick in the back of the sign and on the door inorder for it to hold.
