Since I started taking this product I haven't gotten sick. I replaced my vitamin D supplement with this and am extremely happy. I work in the service industry and am around germs and sick people all the time. I take this 2-3 times per week and triple the serving. I love this spray! My husband had a bad cold. I used this and some elderberry syrup and never got sick. I took it on the plane with me because someone is always coughing or has a cold and I was fine. It works and the cinnamon tastes good. I will purchase again. Get the big bottle.

I like this product and the tingling feeling when it hits the back of my throat, but I have a hard time even getting it there because the spray bottle is such bad quality! I'm just over halfway through my bottle and it has almost completely crapped out on me. I have to try at least five times to get one decent spray. For the price, I think that they should use a more quality spray device. I like the product inside the bottle, though!
