Two damaged tables with no hope of getting undamaged.

I spend hours with my kids playing. A great machine. Well built. Very easy to assemble; took me about 20 minutes to put it together

When we received this is was damaged. Not enough for us to deal with the hassle of returning. A good size. Puck and handles are small. For the price its a good deal. My son is 6 so its fine for him,but for anyone much older this isnt the best purchase.

It's great for the $40 bucks i paid. Kids like it, though not as much as the large one they had. But it works! The air comes through well and evenly and it's not so flimsy that it will break withing 2 or 3 uses. We've had ours since August 2016 and it's still in great shape. I've have to tighten the screws once so far and you can't let the surface get wet. My youngest son dropped a piece of ice on it and it discolored the playing surface in that spot (though it's just a cosmetic thing).

I paid for $40 on Amazon Prime and for that price it is of decent size. I got it to replace the full size one that was taking up too much space in the garage. If I had paid anymore for it I would not be pleased. Mainly this is due to my customer service experience. Product arrived without one of the pre-drilled holes. This made assembly much more difficult. As other reviewers have pointed out though some of the sides are basically particle board so I was able to make my own imperfect hole using one of the screws. I also ended up needing an extra screw. Over the course of two weeks I tried to place an online order. After five days I sent another email and the response indicated it "should arrive by the end of the week." Today I called customer service. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told my order had not even been shipped! The customer service person said they would go check with the shipping staff and get back to me right away. Sure. I gave up and spent my lunch hour today getting a close but not exact replacement screw and finally finished the assembly. I am hoping with light use this table will last for at least a few years but I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control and customer service for this product.
