Worked for my my hot sauce

I bought these chips to put in tea bags and let soak in my fermenting hot sauces to give them a hint of oak. They worked fine.

Good chips for home brewing and ageing alcohol. Size is good for fitting in bottles and jars without causing a blockage.
Not a dedicated smoker but love the flavor.

Can't even find these chips around here(NW Florida). Personally, I can't detect the smell or taste difference between the variety of food chips that are offerred. Probably will stick with hickory.
