I am OBSESSED with this stuff. The thing I love most about it is that you can season it to your liking, which you can't do with most store-bought substitute meats. I make everything out of it--from hamburgers to tacos to chili to lasagna to steak crumbles for cheesesteaks to pretty much anything you could possibly fathom. It's a tad bit pricey but it's completely worth it and I honestly think I might sign up for a monthly subscriptions. Seriously guys, from one vegetarian to another: you need this hamburger mix in your life.

I absolutely love this sausage! I usually make it into patties and bake it, and it is just delicious! I also love to mix it with a package of the hamburger mix, and make meatballs out of it. I definitely recommend this product. The only complaint I have about my most recent order is that I ordered 6 of each, and only received 4 of each. I went through the exchange process, and was sent a new package of sausage, but not the hamburger, so I emailed Amazon, and expect they will correct it soon.

I have purchased and used this product many times in the past and it has always been very good. However, the last batch I received in April doesn't have the same texture as previously and falls apart when mixed with the recommended amount of cold water. I cannot even get a burger to hold together and I never had that problem in the past. Seems something has changed or this batch is missing a binder or something. I may try again in the future but if this would have been my first time buying it I would never buy it again. Hopefully they get this issue straightened out.

OMG so amazing! Definitely buying more of this. Pretty sure I could fool meat eaters with this burger... Looks like a real hamburger and doesn't taste far off from it either. My husband is not a vegetarian by all means but he even liked this stuff and said he would like to have more of it.
UPDATE: is there a reason why the price on this keeps going up???? When I bought this in February it was $22.07 and now it is $39.82. I don't get it. The only reason why I'm giving it less stars is because its becoming so dang expensive. That's ridiculous!

This is great to take and make burgers out on the trail with. Our meat lovers loved these burgers! I brought these on a 7 day backpacking trip through the wilds of Alaska and these were a hit! After backpacking out in the wilderness for 3 days, having a hearty meal is important, and those freeze dried meals leave a lot to be desired for most. I packed these in with a package of Betty Crocker Mashed Potatoes, and a package of country gravy for one meal; and other I had flat sandwich bread for burgers. I enjoy these at home also as a burger or to add to meals as a meat substitute. It is the best tasting one out there I have found.
