You need to order two, it doesn't come in pairs...

This arm weight arrived today, which is days...before it's expected date.

Just remember that it's only one weight, so don't expect two of them like me, lol (I was looking through the package for the other weight, then went back to check my order). I'm about to order the other one lol...

Well, it's now a few weeks later, the new weight arrived; it too arrived days before expected. These cuffs are great! I took them on their first spin and worked out with them on my ankles. They stayed on very well, I didn't have to adjust them too much (I was working out without socks, so that caused friction on the top of my foot), but to avoid that, just wear socks, lol...

So, for me, I plan to use them as both ankle and wrist weights, but I brought them for water aerobics and plan on strapping them to my wrist in the water. I'll let you know how that turn out in mid to late April.
