This is an excellent, high quality product, which does exactly what it's supposed to do.
I would have given it 5 stars, However....
I tried using this on my LG W2442PA 24" monitor. This monitor tilts forward/back, left/right, and extends up/down on its stand. I installed it between the monitor and stand. The added weight of this EMPTY bracket causes the monitor to tilt all the way forward and slide all the way down on the stand. If the base of the stand was any narrower, the whole monitor & stand would topple over. This is without the actual M350 pc added to it.
I ended up mounting the bracket underneath my desktop. It works great, and I am glad I bought it.... just disappointed that I cannot use it on the monitor. I'm sure it would work great if used with some aftermarket monitor arm that can be tightened at all the pivot points.
