DAO shipped these cheese very quickly even though FedEx was very shifty on how this was delivered.
I always wait till it feels like Autumn before ordering something like this, so the wheel of gouda arrived in perfect shape.
I immediately cut a small wedge off and tried it out, firm and dry near the wax and soft and creamy on the interior. I shared some with my neighbors and showed them how to order it on Amazon too.
And as far as my dogs go, they love it too.
Hint: mix with cheddar cheese to get the best grilled cheese sandwich you ever had.
