Good value. They last about 3 hours and burn smoothly. They can be a bit problematic to light, but a few crumpled pieces of newspaper or magazine pages at the ends of the log makes it work. Just be sure to center the log in the package and light it in several places. They work well.

These logs seem to burn fine maybe just lack a little luster with age. When delivered and as you opened the box it seemed like the logs were very old. Lots of soot seemed to fall from the box making it a little messy.
I usually buy these type of logs at the grocery store when on sale. Sale price at store around $5.00 each. Box of 6 @ Amazon= $20.00 so a nice price of around $3.50 each and with the prime account no shipping.

They light quick and burn great at first but really putter out at the end(last hour, hour and a half.) Frustrating to have to wait for them to burn out when there is barley a flame. Still as far as these things go they work fine.
