OK. We were at a BBQ Event last year in Jacksonville, FL and Myron Mixon was there in his Pit Masters booth. He told us two things. 1. Buy the grill grates and your steaks will taste great on the grill. 2. Always take the membrane off of your rack of ribs and use this great tool to do it. Thanks Myron. Now we can be the Pit Masters our own backyard grill.

I ordered 2 Eagle Claw Pliers and one is not functional as it seems it was pressed wrong (one or both handles) and when closed only one side touch leaving a small gap on much of the width of the two surfaces meant to pinch the skin.

My pliers had a sharp piece of metal sticking out on the handle. Sharp enough to really cut your hand. Then I read on the package that the product contains lead. That information should have been in the product description. My husband loves to fish and owns other Eagle Claw products. Do disappointed they would sell a defective product containing lead
