Transforms Cheaper Saws

I bought a "higher quality" Chinese horizontal/vertical metal saw that came without a blade. Good thing because the reviews all said to chuck the OEM blade and put a good quality blade on these machines for best performance. I mounted this blade and the machine did fairly well but cut at a slight angle. I tightened up on the blade tension after aligning the guide rollers and this blade cuts dead-nuts on every time now. I am a beginner welder and this blade on my machine has made cutting chores simple and easy tasks. I run the saw at a slower speed to keep blade heating down and use a cutting compound (TRIM Cutting and Grinding Fluids SOL/1) and after revising two old gates, the saw seems to be as sharp as when I first mounted it.

I cut mostly 16 gauge 304 stainless steel exhaust tubing and this blade works so much better then the one that came wit my band saw. Cuts clean, not much clean up needed afterward.
