Eagle Eyes same manufacturer as ANZO?

Are the Eagle Eyes TY1033 the same light as ANZO 511078?? I was sent the Eagle Eyes and never gave that a second thought until they stopped working a few weeks ago and looked into the warranty. ANZO, the brand I thought I was using only has a 1 year warranty.
You would think an aftermarket company would warranty a product with a bit more confidence, think about how long my OE lights lasted and were still working when I removed them( 9.5yrs)! Aftermarket is supposed to be a better product isn't it?
Sure they looked nice when they worked, when they don't it just cheapens your vehicle. Thought ANZO was a "best" choice product not a "good" one.

Got these on my NZ 2016 (2014 Model) Toyota FJ Cruiser. No instructions, but common sense to fit. Each one differs from the factory lights by having a little sealed transformer type box which has a strip of double-sides tape to affix it to the frame behind the lights. 20mins install time.
