WORKS GREAT WHEN NOT IN CROWD OR OTHER NOISE, SIMILAR TO EXPENSIVE HEARING AIDS, BUT MUCH EASIER AND OBVIOUSLY CHEAPER TO USE.

Ok but use small ear plug to charge

This one is working ok. I have bought 2 of these prior to this that didn't hold a charge very long and after three charging attempts they wouldn't charge at all. The problem is you have to use the smallest size ear plug when you want to charge the unit. it would be nice if the instructions would let people know this.

Bought this for my mom. She wears it all the time. Have to be careful because it can fall out of your ear and drop on floor. She wears this more than her expensive Costco hearing aid. Sound is adjustable too.
