Bright investment

The stage clips that came with this microscope were adequate to hold a slide. The special one that was included with this deal did not fit quite right. We were unable to use it. The microscope itself adjusts well coarse as well as fine. We have enjoyed looking at all sorts of household items under the lenses and have had much success passing it and sharing it and it staying in focus, even when the littles of the house lean on it. The light underneath is almost too bright. Better too bright than not bright enough. We put a little piece of lens paper over the lamp to shade it a little when needed.
