Perfect size!! throwing this in the back of my jeep. Smaller then i expected but it fits everything. the bag came with a detachable insert that is pointless so i'm just going to throw it out. Lighters show size comparison. Hope my review is helpful.
Pretty good basic kit

Good basic first aid kit. As always with kits like these, I think it's important to add some additional bandages and various things to suit my use, (like a tourniquet, pressure dressing, and a SAM split) and there is enough room in the bag to allow for a reasonable additions. Bag seems reasonably well made, and tucks in my duty bag nicely for if I need to pull it out. I'd definitely add at least some extra gauze and bandaging material if you think you might deal with serious trauma, but for a basic kit in the trunk of the car or around the camp site, it's pretty good.
A good start for a basic first aid/responder kit

The good: The pouch holds everything neatly and nicely in one place. Because of that, I am able to keep it in my truck behind a back seat. Purchased with left over money from a health spending account. Everything is packaged, fairly easy to find, and of decent quality. There is some room inside the pouch to add to it as you see fit. Good news is I haven't needed to use much of it. Its in the truck for emergencies.
Room for improvement: Missing some of the basic essentials. I added many band aids, and anti-septic wipes. I also added a fire starter, water proof matches, plastic bags, and a large binder clip for sealing off open wounds or exposed veins.
Overall a good start for a basic first aid/responder kit. This is in my truck in case of emergencies, and is of a decent size to not take up a large amount of space.
I'm an engineer with realistic expectations

This kit is way more than just band-aids, especially if you upgrade its contents. I keep it in the trunk of my car, and it feels good to know that I have it on hand. I added a mini Maglite, a Leatherman tool, the Red Cross Heartsaver First Aid Quick Reference Guide, Aspirin, Benadryl, and tick tweezers. I also upgraded many of the items as recommended by Geneva Four.
The bag is thin, with no reinforcement at all. It is a good compact size, with enough room to add extra items. To give the bag some rigidity, I cut a piece of its box to make a U shaped channel which reinforces the sides and base. That works really well.
I use two or three Ziploc bags to categorize the internal contents. I keep the CPR mask in one pocket, gloves and the tourniquet in the other.

Good kit, but small.

It is a very small kit. It is slightly smaller than the advertised dimensions. I would have dinged it 2 stars, but having the first aid supplies included in it makes it a better value than similar bags. You'll still need to add important items to make it a trauma kit, like: an Izzy (IBD), tourniquet, Z-Pack gauze, H-bandage, pocket mask, clotting agent, eye wash, and more gloves. But for the money, it is a good deal. I was able to squeeze in the other items I listed and just barely zip it up. This is ok for a vehicle kit, but a bit small for a good home kit.
