Was very disappointing.
Sent the Sympathy Fruit Basket to family and there was no message who it was from. Family had to call Amazon to find out.
When I ordered I couldn't locate a place for a message to include. I chatted online and the Rep told me that he had added the message I requested to my order.
As mentioned previously it wasn't done as promised. I am new to Amazon Prime and would like to purchase other gifts baskets but have been told that some baskets do not offer the gift option (to add a message) which would make me reluctant to purchase.

According to my sister the fruits were delicious and fresh. Everything was great, except she didn't know who had send it. I called her a few days later and she wondering who had send it to her. There was a note that said "Enjoy" also there was the bill for the basket. No note of who had send it to her, I had to clear it out. Please be careful when shipping items to inform the customer who the item is from. Oh! also not to send them the bill.
