The masking fluid oozed out from the bottom of the metal tip and didn't flow very nicely from the end of the tip

I had difficultly attaching the metal tips to the bottle lids. I was trying to use this for masking fluid for watercolor painting. The masking fluid oozed out from the bottom of the metal tip and didn't flow very nicely from the end of the tip. I continually got air bubbles on my practice paper. Glad I didn't try to use it on my good watercolor paper.
The metal tips are great but the bottles are junk
