Awesome product and price

We use these at work and I like the ease of use if needed. I started looking but they were expensive. Then I found this one that said good condition but used. It was a great price and I took a gamble. It arrived promptly, I opened the Amazon package and the product box was discolored but sealed so it made me apprehensive on opening. I opened the package and it was what appears to be a brand new eyewash. All the parts and directions are there and I am very happy with my purchase.
all that said - if you just need this for particles and or blood/body fluids (which is not 'required' by osha) then go for it -

Misadvertising -
this does NOT meet OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals and the need for emergency equipment. OSHA states that equipment must activate with a single action (this requires user to turn on faucet, then turn the head on the device).

Not to mention flow and temperature control, regardless of thermostatic protection, which then renders the eyewash off if the temperature is not correct - where as a inline mixing valve regulates the temperature inline and will not shut off.

I have questions around whether this meets correct flow (gallons/minute requirements) set forth in ANSI as well -

now, all that said - if you just need this for particles and or blood/body fluids (which is not 'required' by osha) then go for it -

good luck -
