Cute bike

Great looking bike...
Bought this for my boy for Christmas and he's ridden it around the living room and that's about it.
Looked like it was easy to assemble (I caught Santa putting it together Christmas Eve) and I love that it comes with all the extras that you would want on a bike like a water bottle, a bell, and the training wheels.
Hopefully, this kid will put it to use this year and I can provide more information on the wear and tear and whether or not it can take a beating, but so far, this is a pretty good purchase and I'm happy with it.

Great first bike!

This bike has been a great first bike for my 4 year old. We've had it for over a year and he still enjoys it-- the seat is easily adjustable. My only complaint is that it is a HEAVY bike. I've had to carry it back a block when my son has gotten tired/frustrated with riding his bike, and that wasn't fun.I liked that it came with a water bottle and holder. It gets hot in Texas and he needs it-- plus feels grown up!
A great bike!

Just taking it out of the package I felt more confident about my child riding it due to the fact of how sturdy it is built. It is structurally sound, and aesthetically pleasing. It has guards in all the right places, reflectors, and the overall structure is the best I've seen. The wider tires seem to make it easier on my three year old pedaling in the country. We live in the country so our terrain can be troubling for young riders. However, the build of this bike along with the tires seem to make it a little more manageable. The only negative I have to mention, and it's a small one is that the water bottle holder doesn't fit too well between the seat, and rear tire. I just removed it. My little minion has rode it as much as his little legs can handle.
I do feel better that if this gets scratched up

For the price, I really can't complain. The bike is a bit cheaper in quality than i was expecting, but it does the job. Training wheels are about as cheap as they come, so I am hoping we won't need them long term. Hand break is plastic as well. The bike comes in about 5 pieces, so no need to pay for "expert" assembly unless you are truly incapable of the simplest directions - or have a physical handicap that would be an issue, and even then just hire a neighborhood kid to it. I do feel better that if this gets scratched up, it's not a huge loss.
Good bikes and great customer service

Bought three of these for our kids, 5 yr old and 4 yr old boys. Different colours, all 16".
Easy to install after getting hang of first one.
Rode them for an hour on Christmas Day in the cold.
Only criticism was they felt a little heavy (maybe all aluminium would be better) and on two bikes, the training wheels became lose after a while. Just tightened them up with tool provided and they were off again.
I had a problem with one bike and the steering wheel mechanism not being tight enough so it became misaligned with the front wheel. Tired 5 times to correct but to no avail. Rang customer services and spoke to Steve (on number provided in USA)
Very impressed with his attitude and swiftness of dealing with this. He is sending out priority UPS a spare part to fix this.
Happy with bikes and more than happy with the customer service. Would recommend when you have multiple kids to buy for and you need decent bikes and a good price point.
