This model is difficult to empty & needs a long brush to pull out clogs & hair.

Sits awkwardly on charger. Doesn't work as well as other Black & Decker hand vacs. Hair & other dust items clog in the round container & must be pulled out by hand when emptying. Also you can't take the filter out to easily wash like other models. Overall ok for the money but I expected it to be better & also to be able to mount it on the wall in the laundry room for easy access. Also the way it sits on the charger it is angled back & can easily be knocked off the charger by a child's hand, dog or cat tail, etc. Would be much better if could be mounted high up on the wall at adult level. The brush on the end of the long hose helps too but is difficult to clean the hair out.

the suction is pretty powerful. i appreciate the built in flip top brush mouth. the extension function doesn't work very well because it won't lock into place but i don't need that very much. stronger than my last hand vac. the 360 charging port is convenient so u don't have to struggle with it so much to get it to lock into place when you're done with it. easier to clean than my last one too! overall very happy with it. when i first got it, though, it would only stay on for a few seconds and then power off. i think that's because it needed to be charged fully first. haven't had a problem since then though.

I like it. Like the suction, the weight, and believe it or not the battery life. Don't like, which was mentioned in other reviews, the extention piece does not stay. It collapses with a little pressure. The vacuum is not very stable sitting in the charger. I wish the was a different kind of charging mechanism. Loud noise as other reviews have mentioned I don't really notice it, and doesn't seem any louder than the Dyson we own. I report back in 6 mos.

My mom had 2 of these for over 10 years, so mostly uses for small areas and spot cleaning. Of cpurse over time the batt wouldn't hold much of a charge, so we searched a newer version, we couldn't find for fair price and this was blow out price and we know this model so I scooped it up. Power is fine but I imagine near models are a bit better, batt will loose almost all ita life over time but that's to be expected. It runs 20-40 mins when newer. The extention an brush features are nice but we don't use much. Durable and a overall good product.

It's pretty big for a handheld, but I'm not mad lol. I've already sent back three handheld vacuums that were smaller bcuz they sucked. Actually they didn't suck 😆 which was why I sent the others back.
I love that the charger has a stand and it's has a washable filter with an inside filter as well. It could be a little tedious to clean, but I'd rather have that over the others that didn't do anything for me.
It has really good suction and it lasts long enough to finish whatever I'm cleaning. I definitely would buy again.
