Perfect for kids and as a tv room chair

Our kids (9 & 13)love this chair and it's become a race to see who gets it first. Perfect for gaming with a small table in front and their laptops or just sitting and watching tv at night. Very easy assembly and provided you use it as it was meant to be and don't lug it around by the arms or sit on them, etc, it holds up very well even with my 6' 2" 200 lbs in it.
I will say it's not that comfortable for me because the headrest pushes me too far forward and no lumbar support or contact for me but for smaller customers it's pretty comfortable. The base springs get a bit squeaky but a shot of WD40 fixed that.
The base metal plate is much sturdier than I thought it might be and has held up to almost constant daily use for months with no problems.

Comfortable, great speakers.Unfortunately, you can't get microphone functionality through the chair with a gaming headset.

This is a very comfortable chair and the speaker function works well once you figure out the connectivity with your TV, PC or console. A plus would have been if you could use a gaming headset with the chair. It only streams sound to the chair, no function for feeding microphone of gaming headset back through the chair to your console or PC. Bummer.
Overall very happy with the purchase.

I got this for my son for Christmas 2016. He's got an X Box One. There are no directions on how to connect it to an xbox one, but eventually I figured it out. Once you figure out how to connect it, it's a good chair. My son loves it. He said that when he's playing games like Call of Duty or other action/shooting games, he loves using it because you can feel the vibrations in the chair and that makes him feel more immersed in the games. The bass is really strong, and the sound quality is really good.
As for putting it together, it's not too tough. It comes really well wrapped and protected. I had to take the base apart once because I used the wrong screws to put the base on the chair, but that was my fault for not reading the directions properly.
I felt it was kind of expensive at about $140, but I guess that's what these chairs cost. If it wasn't a christmas gift from Santa, I probably wouldn't have bought it.

I'm 5'2' and fits perfectly, hubby is 5'9" and he sits a bit above the speakers but doesn't seem to bother him. I do prefer to have my feet up so I usually put a foot stool in front. Bought this for my husband who plays the PS4. Haven't been able to get the two to work together though. Have hooked it up to the Directv and watched a movie but the suggestions of hooking it straight to the TV have not worked. Not sure how to get it to work at this point but we'll keep trying.
