Very Firm, very small, too short in torso

I wear a 20W and 2x in most all my clothing, I ordered both a 3x and 4x. This shapewear is VERY, VERY FIRM (old fashioned girdle strength). The fit was way off: 3x was way too tight, and I could barely get the 4x on my body. Worst of all, the body was too short for my 5'6" height and there was quite a gap between my bra and the front of the garment. I like this, not love it. I do like the control provided but the straps are much smaller than shown in the image. They are like little skinny rubber bands and they cut into my shoulders badly. It is also very weird around the bra area, it either cuts your boobs in half or it goes around the outside, which only emphasizes the shoulder strap issues. The tummy control is great, the rest is just ok.

It does state on the page that this item runs small, but it runs WAY small. I wear a 3X sometimes a 2X. But since it said it runs small I bought the 4X. Nope. I could NOT get it on. I know I'm a big woman. But I have never worn a 4X before. To have it be so small was very disheartening. I'm saving it. I WILL fit in this darn thing one day. Be warned. When it says it runs small, they aren't foolin' around.

Snatched. This is the best body shaper on the planet. I have purchased about 18 different body shapers in the past 2 years and half were Spanx. Spanx cant touch this body shaper. I am a size 24 and I bought a 5x based on the review and it is perfect. It actually gave me an hour glass figure at my size. The price is the best online I can assure you of that so you don't need to search prices. As I said I have a closet full of body armors that didn't work as expected.
