Quality Lacking....

The quality of this carrier is not at all what I expected. It is very lightweight, and the parts that fit the top to the bottom and secure the door itself are plastic, also. Since plastic sometimes breaks, I would not feel confident placing my cats in it. In addition, I do not believe the suggested pet weight for the medium one I purchased is reasonable. An animal on the upper end of the scale would be very cramped in such a small space. Although no directions were included, I was able to put the carrier together except for the door. I requested assistance with how the clips fit on it, but have not yet received a reply. I did receive a price adjustment on this item, but I plan to donate it to a nearby humane society instead of using it myself. I do not recommend this brand.

It's not as well made as my other carrier (which I couldn't find online) but works. The handle broke off after a few months. And the actual parts that close the carrier need to be turned individually on the top and bottom. My other carrier has a metal spring loaded bar that closes it. I prefer that.
