This brand new unit leaks like crazy from the top of the resin tank

This brand new unit leaks like crazy from the top of the resin tank. They obviously know this is a common problem because they designed a built in drain for the leak. The poorly designed o-ring seal has no compression which is why it leaks. The 2 rude customer service reps tried blaming it on everyone except there crappy design and lack of quality control. The unit had pieces that weren't even installed bouncing around inside. The product is a $550 piece of defective junk and the customer service reps are rude, put you on hold and never return and want you to pay for their broken parts. Avoid this supplier!!!
