Returning item. I saw a comment that said it fits the Ruger LCP 380 and it does NOT. However...it is an AWESOME product and if that company made one for the LCP 380 and followed up with me and swapped out the wrong one for the right one I'd give it 5 stars!

This is a highly rated product by several hundred users but sadly wasn't as impressive as others have stated . By description it is listed for the LC380 and all research also shows it for the LCP380 but it doesn't fit, too long in the trigger guard area by a substantial amount.
I like it for my night carry.

Fit is decent and the adjustment screws are ok. I need to look at this long term for accuracy as it gets holstered in a custom side holster.
I am not sure if it will hold the gun strong enough to stay accurate after adjustments.

I purchased this sight for my wife's pistol. It was easy to set up and we have put 100's of rounds down range and it still does not need re-aligned. We also like the fact that it is very visible in bright daylight. It is a quality sight for half the price!
