almost everything and also for steaming in the micro wave.

Surprisingly good flavor, dissolves well. Slightly more celery to the taste than most full-sodium bullion, which seems to work well. I just want to reduce sodium so after trying it 'as is', I mix this with a full-sodium bullion to get blend that suits me (right now, 3 parts sodium free to 1 part regular), but if I had to avoid every bit of sodium I could, I could adjust to this very well. I'll keep getting it.

This Herbox granulated, sodium-free Chicken bouillon is incredibly hard to find in stores, so when I saw them on Amazon, I knew I had to snatch them up! The price per bottle works about to about $3.65 per bottle, and will last for several months. Typically, I use it in combination with either Herbox brand regular Chicken bouillon cubes or powder when making soups or a large batch of rice.

If you need sodium free this is a good value. My husband has to watch his sodium intake and we have ordered this item more than once. Best price we can find.
The taste was far better than expected and is a hit with our family.

I had not used this brand before, and was surprised to have seen my husband order it rather than hunt down the old brand we have used for years. We came to trying Herb Ox since our local grocery stores stopped carrying no-salt chicken boullion. This has a nice deep rich flavor that works well with casseroles and other dishes we want to add some chicken flavor. If the stores started stocking the old brand I wouldn't go back to it, for that flavor falls far short of Herb.
