I had this quilt for a daybed, which was an awkward fit extremely long and just barely wide enough. I got rid of the day bed and replaced with a twin. Since I had the valances, I went ahead and bought the twin quilt. It came with a dust ruffle and sham. It fits fine on my twin bed and although it's long, it's easy to fold over at the top. I would rather have it long than too short. It's good material, soft cotton feel. It washes well in cold water.
Buy the twin size for daybed!

Item was exactly what was described. However, I have a daybed, and if I was to do it over, I would've ordered the twin size instead.
As the other reviews stated the skirt has no splits, but easily modified with a pair of scissors lol.
My former cover was a twin comforter with a twin bed skirt And I liked the coverage of that size better than the one specifically made for a daybed. So I totally recommend getting the twin size instead of the daybed size for a daybed.
Overall, it's a very good product, exactly what was described. Value for the money? Almost. Would I order it again? yes for a lesser price.
Delivery was prompt. However, my name was not on the outside of the package, so it did create some confusion when I went to the Amazon drop off location.
