Not the candles I was hoping for.

I'm not sure what happened, but I did not have the positive experience that others had with these candles. They dripped a lot. I kept them trimmed to about 1/4' and within an hour of burning them the wick was back over an inch in length, slightly smoking, and they were dripping. Have tried trimming to different wick lengths and all with the same result. I think it may be the material used for the wick which appears to burn too fast.

I have to join the rest of the rave reviews. These burn longer than any beeswax candle I have ever had. One thing I will say is that they have a slightly odd smell when blown out. Not quite like beeswax but the label, the info and everything else screams beeswax. So maybe they've added some ingredient to the beeswax, whatever, I'm a convert. Wonderfully slow burning and never burn unevenly down the side and make a mess on the table.

Beautifully packaged, wrapped carefully in paper. I could tell immediately that these were high quality candles; they are a rich, dark honey color and straight, about an inch in diameter. Candles come in pairs on the same wick. They smell wonderful and burn clean after being lighted. I love beeswax candles because they do not perfume the air. These are worth the money.
