I really like this product. I have a very sensitive stomach and have struggled for years to find energy drink mixes that I could consume over the course of 5-7 hour events without my stomach being destroyed. This doesn't upset my stomach and for sure helps with performance. Best stuff I have used.

Works great, no cramping, no GI issues. The caffeine won't be for everyone, but after a 6+ hour event, I felt great. And I felt great the next day, too. I am a customer for the long term!
Great Fuel For Long, or Hard Rides (or Runs)

This formula provides a steady source of fuel with each swallow during my longer rides. I'm an old guy and long-time endurance athlete so I'm always interested in supplements that limit the more cumbersome process of tearing open gel packs and squeezing out the contents. On most rides I only reach for a gel about every hour if I've added two scoops of Roctane Ultra Endurance to my standard 21 oz. water bottles, and at that only if I ride on consecutive days or really push myself (mountain climbs or fast tempo rides.)
I only withheld one star because I personally don't like the Tropical Flavor. It's just too sweet.

Definite positive in keeping energy level up during 60 min. highest level cardio work-out. Also, another using for swim team practice, 2+ hours, can be hundreds of laps. Mixing one 20 oz bottle (in conjunction with bottle/s plain water to aid with hydration). Made second purchase and will continue, always seeking best price.

Been an endurance athlete for the past fifteen years and GU's Grape Roctane has been by far my favorite fueling nutrition during races. I know race fueling is a very personal and the best drink is the one you would consume the most and this is the one for me. I krave it during races. It has a light grape flavor simular to a grape soda. Easy on the stomach, never had an issue. It mixes up really well. 5 stars.
