I read the reviews, but still decided to buy this for a gift for ny granddaughter. The gemstones were beautiful, but very tiny! I wish they would make them twice as big, and charge twice as much.i know my granddaughter will still love them, but I guess I should not have made this purchase!

I was extremely disappointed with this product. Not only does the picture on the back not match the rocks in the case, the rocks are much smaller than expected. My daughter has recently become a fan of collecting rocks, but unfortunately I feel she would be unhappy with these. I went online to return these and basically am paying for the product again just to ship them back. I definitely do not recommend buying this set

Well I purchased this item for my son. He asked if he could start collecting rocks. So I figured he should start with some pieces that had some meaning and energy behind them. I ordered this gemstone collection expecting a nice size not miniscule rock chips. I did not read the reviews or look at pictures I just scanned the information so it is my fault, but he was still excited to receive it in the post. The quality of the stones is middle of the road some are pretty and some are just bleh. But my son is happy with it so I am ok with this purchase and I just will not purchase from them again. There is no stone identification so you may get lucky and see a picture of the stones you got on the back of the box but it's all up to chance. It's best to get a stone book to help figure them out. I still have a couple that we are just guessing! Oh well! I will be looking for better stones for my meditations and crystal work for sure.

This is much much smaller than I expected it to be. I remember having a similar one as a child and wanted my grandchild to have one too, except the stones are so small they are not a good sample size. I can not imagine anyone being happy with this, I'm certainly not. On the good side, it is packaged nicely and arrived promptly.

My kids are into rocks in that they enjoy carrying them around in their pockets so these are absolutely perfect! They're small and portable, but easy to identify. The boys love the different shapes and colors and for the price, you cannot beat this set!
