Good value, decent way to display a variety of knick-knacks. Using mine for an old dollar watch. The hook is a little off-center, which in my case works well since I placed a description below the item - the off-center placement keeps the watch from occluding the text.

I recently had my grandfather's 100-year-old pocket watch restored. The watch repair shop thought it deserved to be on display, but protected, and recommended I get a glass dome display stand.
This one worked perfectly. The proportions are ideal. The watch hangs from the hook inside, and the dome does not look oversized for the item inside.
It's an elegant solution for a distinctive timepiece.
Note: The glass dome sits in a groove on the wooden base, but is does not attach in any way. The dome is loose and can be lifted right off. If you're worried about prying hands, don't consider this secure.
