This stuff is amazing. Spent a month down in Costa Rica and got hooked on it. Great as a sauce on top of rice, meat etc., marinating or even cooking in. Buy a small bottle if you're uncertain. Also, its not really not. Almost has a jerk type flavor

We got hooked on this in Costa Rica and have struggled to find it here in the States. If you haven't tried this stuff... OMG! Do yourself a favor and order some! Throw it on scrambled eggs... anything! You will be hooked.

A taste of Costa Rica. Lived there when I was younger and this was my favorite sauce ever. Can't really explain the taste, but I bet you'll love it. Just buy small bottle if skeptical.

We spent two weeks in Costa Rica, and this delicious sauce was on every restaurant table. It smells a little like Worcestershire sauce, but the taste is all its own. It isn't spicy hot, just flavorful. We fell in love with the Costa Rican rice and beans for breakfast, along with fried eggs and little fried potatoes ... this sauce was great on everything.
When we got home, we missed it so much. So, I ordered three 24-oz bottles of the stuff because I knew we would experiment with chicken, pork ... whatever.

I have always loved this product. I first had it when I was in Costa Rica and use it to make Gallo Pinto- a rice and bean dish using this salsa, onions, and cilantro. It tastes wonderful! They do not sell it in most stores other than some small ethnic markets in city areas, so this is an easy way to get it!
