Needed this for a few days after an operation. Fabric and workmanship were good; fit was quite large but not a big factor in a nightshirt, to me. I'm not in general a nightshirt guy, and this didn't change that, but for the few days I couldn't wear pants it was very helpful. I imagine if you are a nightshirt guy you'd like this.

This is a good product, nice styling, good quality, but they need to offer more sizes. The L/XL is like a tent on my 5'11", 180lb build, but the S/M is not as roomy as I would like.
