To Small to use for a professional office

Tooo Small, I do not know the exact measurements but I laughed in disbelief when I got it. It's probably 6 inches by 4 inches... I am not going to use... I should have read dimensions first. This is for a kids playhouse.
Works for what I need but very thin material

This works for what I need it for, however it was a very thin material and not sure that it will stand the test of time. I like the fact that it has a pupil diameter guideline and explains the appropriate range for eye testing.

It's great to look away from the TV during a commercial and read down as far as I can. My vision has improved now that I look out the window or at the eye chart periodically, rather than staring at a TV or computer screen for extended periods of time.

Wonderful eye chart, adjusted in size for a closer distance than the usual chart.
Plastic and flexible, easy to tape up anywhere for use in various eye exercise regimens (Bates method, etc.).
Letter are crisp,clear, and high contrast.
Great for eye exercises or just monitoring your eyesight in general.
