parts don't belong to this burner

design was botched for sure... here's the evidence:
1) knobs are upside down - notice how the word "Low" is upside down in the picture
2) you can't read the other marks on the knobs (high, med, off) because they face the burners now the user
3) most critically, you cannot connect the hose to the burner because there is not enough clearance between the connector and the side of the housing. i had to cut out a ugly hole in the side to pass the hose through it.

I just got this unit installed. It looks great but I agree with the comment about the knobs. It arrived very well packaged.

We bought this in November 2015, we cook a lot of curry and did not like the smell inside the house. We purchased this and put this in our patio. It is a great outdoor stove, but the flame is generally much higher than a traditional stove, we were initially annoyed by this, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they indicated that they have to keep the flame at a certain level to avoid blow-out and explosion, especially outdoors (wind, rain, etc). We are generally pleased with the quality of this burner, we typically add more water than usual to accommodate the higher flame. The customer service from the Manufacturer was excellent.

Great product and customer support, but item came damaged. Be very careful to inspect the item immediately. Lion customer service was outstanding and replaced the item immediately.
