They should call it AWESOME SAUCE

I like classic chicken chow mein. the kind with the slurry of cornstarch and water. This sauce gives it the authentic old school flavor. Brought back memories of the old chinese restaurants. It has much fewer ingredients than some of the lesser brands out there. Not alot of artificial stuff. thats why I got it.
Overpriced at Amazon

Good product but by mistake I ordered the small bottle, 240g, instead of the 600g I usually buy and which is priced the same as the 240g at other places and a better deal even if you have to pay for shipping. I could not return the 240g bottle from Amazon.
Steps up my asian cooking game

It took me a long time to find an oyster sauce that consists mostly of oyster juice. No MSG, little sugar, no artificial favors.
Great tasting oyster sauce

I love this product. It adds another layer of flavor to a dish. However, the price has increased so much that I'm going to have to look for a substitute that's cheaper. 😢
Adds a depth of flavor

I add this to stir fried vegetables, and chicken and green beans (which my neighbor said was as good as take out). Between the strong flavor and the sodium, a little goes a long way, but definitely adds to the umami profile of dishes
