I had a unconventional use for this product. I used this on my cold basement windows to insulate the glass. First I cut the bubble wrap to fit the glass. next I spritz a fine mist of water and laid the flat part of the bubble wrap on top of the glass, it will adhere to the glass. you still get light filtering through, insulates great. I purchased this bubble wrap for the purpose of taping it onto my basement windows for this winter season. It works as a relatively inexpensive way to insulate windows, and this is the third time I have done this. The Duck brand and style I bought worked very well, with enough left over for Christmas presents we're shipping this year!

Poor quality, I'd assumed Duck Brand would be a solid buy, and the reviews seemed to support this, but believe the 1-star reviews, not the 5s. As I wrapped objects, the bubbles popped in my hand. I ended up using more than I'd planned because I had to double-wrap everything. I went online to an industrial packaging company and ordered their bubble wrap. I paid more, but the quality was evident, and was confident with only one layer of wrap on my things, and am able to re-use the industrial-grade bubble wrap, where as the Duck Brand went right in the trash.

I used this bubble wrap on my windows as insulation against the winter cold here in the mountains.
It does an amazing job of insulating!
But if I was going to use this product for wrapping valuables to move, I highly recommend it!
Sheets of wrap are perforated, and the wrap itself came in an easy-to-work with box that has a feeder-slot.
This wrap is sturdily built and designed to protect!
