Well... I like it... it does give you a lot of energy. My problem was that it either kept me up or I couldn't stay asleep. I've kinda sensitive to caffeine.. I will have a cup of coffee every day and I didn't have the problem with my sleep pattern. I don't know why this seemed to effect me in that way. I still use it once in a while but can't do it every day.

Here's what I take daily with the 5 hour energy and it works pretty incredibly. I take a 5 hour energy, Avocare meal replacement shake, Gold Standard Whey protein shake, a test booster, C4 pre-workout supplement, and now I've added Livigra by Biotek Nutrition "“ Male Enhancement Pills Testosterone Booster "“ Increases Size, Libido, Energy, Mood, Performance Stamina before sex (usually daily, if I'm lucky enough to get sex) and this combo turns out to keep my energy high, great pump for workouts and no crash after with enough energy at the end of the day for sex. My girlfriend loves the energy levels with the bonus of the extra size in the bedroom.

5-hour Energy is a good alternative to other energy type drinks as it's in shot form so it doesn't fill you up. It gives me an extra boost of energy but doesn't keep me from falling asleep at night. The taste is on the sweet side but since you're probably not sipping on the drink, it's not a major factor.
They work but taste gross.

Here's the deal. These don't taste good but they work like magic lol. I work nights and use them on average about 2 nights a week. I also use them if I have to drive and know that I'm tired. They keep me awake and alert without side effects that I've experienced with caffeine pills in the past. I wish they tasted decent though.

Actually LOVE this stuff...required drink the minute this mom of twins/full-time worker/MS patient wakes up. Gentle on my stomach, compared to coffee...but "new" item arrived in two open boxes of 5-Hour Energy, with loose bottles rattling around inside...and no indication it was the "new" flavor, even? Never mind the fact of a major safety issue, when you've got possibly mixed production lots going into one box...heaven forbid there's a recall or something!
