I bought this scale in January of 2015. It is perfect for light weight items and precise enough to accurately determine one stamp or more. It worked well for over 2 years then one day it stopped working. New battery didn't help. Sent inquiry to WeighMax and explained the issue. Without delay they acknowledged my request for advice, parts or replacement. The sent a new scale immediately and had it within less than a week. New scale works fine and it is refreshing to not only have a good product but, also know there are still companies that stand behind them. Thank you WeighMax.

Very good product. Easy to use. I've used mine every day for many months and am very happy with it. I especially like the angled display and hold feature as I frequently weigh boxes that have a much larger footprint than the scale platform. The 25# weight limit and 0.1 oz increments have been very accurate. It has always agreed with the package weight at the post office.
Best scale ever. Own two.

This is my second Weigh Max scale and I got a second one not because my first one broke or anything like that but because I had to give it to my mom who loves it! These scales are super easy to use and they are absolutely no-nonsense in every way. They do what you need them to do. The size is awesome for a 25 pound capacity. Most scales out there weigh up to 11 pounds. You get clear and accurate readings every time. I use it for an eBay business and I have to say I've never had a single problem with it giving me an inaccurate reading in the years that I've owned it. This second one is exactly as good. So if you are looking for an inexpensive, accurate scale with high capacity, this is it. Trust me, you will not find a better one. I spent a long time shopping for scales and I ended up buying this one both times. So don't look any further. This is it.

Accurate. Value priced. Small footprint takes up minimal desk space. The tilted readout display seems to deflect glare better than my old flat one and this is large, easy to read. Typical features such as hold (for large packages blocking the display), and tare. Nice small 0.1 oz increments. Battery powered, however, batteries seem to last forever in these small scales (battery included, has auto-shutoff), and they of course are more portable and relocatable than a corded scale. For what it's worth, 10-year warranty.

Perfect for my Ebay shipping. I was using little spring scales for small items, but they aren't always accurate. And for heavier items, I was getting tired of weighing myself (with and without the product) on my Weight Watcher scales. A person can look down at those numbers only so many times without feeling discouraged! (especially if you're holding a 10-pound package in your arms!)
This accurately weighs to the 10th of an ounce for small items, but will weigh up to 25 pounds. Works great!
(although the 9v battery it came with was dead, but easily replaced..not worth fussing over)
