We usde this in our rental property and have had nothing but issues. The limit for our ac is 72. Once that limit is hit, the air shuts off, and doesn't kick back on unless the air is turned off and back on again. The house would heat up to over 78 and not come back on- the inclement for turning back on was set to .5 of a degree. We've had an ac person check out the ac unit, and replace the pump we thought was causing the issue.. we finally replaced this thermostat and the problem was solved.

A landlord's dream! Affordable and very easy to program. It prevents my elderly tenant from going really low in the summer and icing up my evaporator coil!

I bought this a month ago because my tenants were running the a/c consistently on 50 degree days. It has been very valuable and super easy to install. Took me all of maybe ten minutes to read the directions and get it up and running.
Good to use in apartments.
