It's a great back brace. I ordered two, one for work and one for my "honey-do" list at home. I recently had neck fusion surgery that left me with extra pressure on my lower spine. The Bracoo Advanced Adjustable back brace has been indispensable in relieving my lower back problems.

This is a very supportive brace, however the one I ordered just barely fits me and I measured my waist around my navel at 31 inches. I wish there was more cushion/padding where the corset/straps sits on your back, as they rub against my staples (just had spinal surgery). For the price though, I am happy with how tight and useful it is for the price.

This back brace is very supportive. It has a lace up area on the back that helps it to be adjustable from small to medium. The lace up area is made of larger nylon strapping that connects the two panels. This area also provides support. The front is wide and helps to provide additional support and comfort at the abdomen. There is an additional strap that is used to pull the two panels tauter after the Velcro is secured to provide a snugger fit. The fact that it the compression level is adjustable is great. You can pull it tighter for a snugger fit or you can loosen it to provide comfort at different times depending on your needs. The product is easy to use as well as being sturdy and strong.
The shipping time was quick and I was very happy to receive it for my husband. He has had a lumbar laminectomy, but still has back pain after an extended time of bending and lifting. This brace has been very comfortable for him and he is actually using it which makes me happy. He has tried other braces and prefers this one hands down over any of the others that he has used.

I have had other back brace belts but I love this one because you can adjust the tension AFTER you have buckled the belt. The other belts I have only allowed me to tighten the tension during the buckling. This one allows you to adjust the tension to whatever degree you wish. This is handy if your belt gradually loosens and you need to retighten the tension.
