How to get the spray bottle to work

I have not been able to use the product yet as I can't get the spray bottle to work. There were no directions on how to open the spray assembly I took off the cap when the spray wouldn't work by just turning to "on" position and twisted the top around to release the spray part of the cap. Often this works. While doing this the back portion of the cap fell off and I can't seem to get it to fit back on. I don't think that part has anything to do with the working mechanism, but I still can't get it to spray. Guess I'll have to just wet a rag and use the product that way.
Puts a white haze on black leather

I used this product on my black leather car seats and my black leather dash, and it seems to have put a white haze on both of them. It looks terrible. I followed the directions as well as possible and only used a small amount of the product, but now I'm in the market for something that will get this stuff OFF of the leather so that my leather can look decent again. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Wow! It's like a new recliner! My leather furniture is starting to show some wear, cracks, etc. Pictures are the recliner halfway done. This stuff makes the leather soft and supple, and fills in the lighter cracks somehow. I cannot believe that I was considering replacing the furniture before I tried this! Next I will try my car seats...
