When I bought this it was because it was the only one that did all the cans knife sharpener and pop top cans, glass bottles the really hard plastic packages and also jars too.I liked everything about it the silver it's really nice and shiny not too bad on the fingerprints ,pulls out to be put in the dishwasher to be washed so does get messy ,seem to hold all the cans no matter how big or how small the only thing I didn't like was that I when I read the ad I thought it meant that it would open the big plastic packages the lids and the soda with pop top on the can opener and the jars,, when I got it it was a little black tool that fits in the back of it so I think I was pranked because I thought it was all on the machine but it's a separate little tool so just be mindful of that or else I'm just an idiot. But it gave me a laugh for quite a while I don't know how to work the knife sharpen in the back does the opener have to be running to sharpen the knife nothing In instructions but knife sharpener at all.

I only had one problem with opening a can with a ring on top. I guess the magnet couldn't reach the metal of the can so once the can was cut, the can released it's hold, so I can't blame the opener. As far as remarks like it tipping over with large cans, well logic says this might happen, but then again why blame the opener. If you have lots of big cans, maybe you need some sort of industrial can opener. If you open a larger can once in a while then, since I have't yet, I will keep an eye open that it doesn't fall over. Product works as it should, and does it quietly, and I like it very much.
