Works well for float switch. Threaded connector fit well with extension rod for float switch.
More expensive than most floats, but a good design

I have never used a ballcock style toilet fixture. See my review of "LDR 503 1100 Brass Ballcock Valve And Body". See my mixed review of that product for why I decided to give it a try. But, for the float, if you are going to use a ballcock, this is great. A more space efficient design than a ball. It costs more than most floats, but, worth it if space is a concern.
